Super target describes the subject that every one of us deals with consciously or subconsciously daily. Those decisions that a single person makes to live the lifestyle of their choices. How in contemporary world, an individual can feel lost in these constant over much of offers and ideas what is right for a healthy and happy life. Super target underlines the concept of the food and diet captivating enormous place in our present society. Food and various diet culture have taken the role of a religion in people’s behaviour; it rules and forms the ongoing actions and reforms social interaction.
Food culture and eating habits changes how to perceive the world. Food is no longer just food: an essential fuel to the human body but has taken many new roles that dominate and restrict an individual's freedom.
This work has community art agenda. An essential part of this piece is the movement workshops about the topic. Movement workshops have been targeted and held to eating disorder patients and teenagers to raise their body awareness and perception.
